Established in 1964 to serve schools in Western Maine, the charter members were Farmington High School, Gould Academy, Hall-Dale High School, Jay High School, Livermore Falls High School, Mexico High School, and Wilton Academy. Seven Hills was paced by Cat McAndrew who finished 30th on bars, 34th on beam, and 37th on floor and Evie Ferguson who finished 33rd on vault and 28th in the all-around.
